The power of ProcessKit
ProcessKit has been designed to serve the person performing the process.
It uses a clear book-like structure based around process dependency and decomposition.
It sits in the Intranet with simple concurrent access provided to all permitted users
and changes made visible to all immediately. The system encourages feedback from the user
on the performance and effectiveness of the processes. This is then passed onto the process
owners and modellers to update the process model. Interfaces can be created quickly to other
systems such as process modelling and content modelling tools to help create the documentation
and also to feedback suggested improvements to process models.
